  • Indian schools assess constantly and measure very little. Wellbeing is what they measure worst, because a flag on a report card carries stigma in most families.
  • The study asked a simple question: what would a parent-facing report look like if the wellbeing signal sat inside a whole picture of the child (strengths, interests, academics, and then wellbeing)?
  • Bodhika Labs is what it took to keep asking that question. Independent research that calibrates items properly (IRT, Indian norms), with a partner school where the teachers and parents bring me the research questions.
