2019–2025 Interaction systems for constrained spaces PhD, University of Waterloo Research A thesis on what happens to technology designed for large, stable rooms when it is used in small, moving, improvised ones.
2026– TIM Product and engineering lead Industry An iPhone app that lets a nurse enrol a resident in a continence-care programme in under a minute.
2017–2019 Amazon Alexa Senior Product Manager, Technical Industry Owned the orchestration layer that decides which of ten thousand skills answers a request; shipped to 100M+ users.
2025– Independent research and advisory Researcher and advisor Research Led the design of a national data-trading policy for a government think-tank in India, and directed data and AI exhibits presented to the Prime Minister and President.
2021–2024 University of Waterloo Sessional Lecturer Research Nine courses across UX, HCI, and UX analytics, undergraduate and graduate, classes of 40 to 180.
2015–2017 Morgan Stanley Director; Global Head of Solutions, Legal and Compliance Industry Built the team and products that put data science and AI models in front of compliance staff; the firm's voice to seven regulators on the topic.
2013–2015 PwC Senior Consultant, Risk and Compliance Analytics Industry Led an eleven-person team resolving a $600M regulatory issue for a global bank; ran 30-plus analytics reported weekly to regulators.
2012–2013 EY Staff Consultant, Financial Services Advisory Industry Compliance, strategy, and analytics engagements for US banks; built the tools the teams ran on.
2010–2012 Columbia University MS, Management Science and Engineering Research Graduate student speaker at Columbia Engineering commencement.
